This is an early 1900\'s Weymann and sons Banjeaurine which is a mini 5 string banjo and this actually looks really cool and is in decent structural shape for a project. Don\'t get me wrong, this is an entire project and will take some time but there is nothing that is major wrong with the instrument. It even still has the dowel stick.
I took several pics with closeups, you can see the fretboard is seperating off the neck at some spots (1 spot is pictured), the headstock is completely missing a chip on the left side, the frets are low, the rim looks like it could use some light work in some spots to fully finish the project. But I don\'t see anything on here that is a massive repair, I believe the neck will be an easy set up, there is nothing that is broken off and needs to be repaired, it just could use new frets and some time on the body and a refinish, I think.
