DESCRIPTION:

Offered is an amazing, vintage, olive (?) burl round dining table likely made by PACE and possibly designed by Milo Baughman. High gloss, book-matched graining on the golden brown burl. Wood top is complimented by the brass table base. Minimalist, modern Hollywood Regency design. I have a set of six PACE lucite dining chairs that were purchased with this table in another sale. (The chair arms fit under the table as shown). No label or maker\'s marks on the table...but it has all the signs of being a custom build. Table base is two pieces, two legs are welded to each half-circle frame. The burl tops are attached to each the frames. Very solid and heavy table. In order to take the table apart the tops and the extension rails would need to be removed. Mechanism underneath allows a center leg (extra leg is not brass) to drop down to support expansion. Bad news: no leaves included. The table opens up (latches underneath), but does not have any leaves. I didn\'t open it but it appears that the extension bars under the table could support a couple leaves. The table legs are oriented to the \"ends\" of the table and are not equidistant around the table. Legs have leveling discs pads on the bottom.

CONDITION:

High gloss table top finish has some light abrasions and scratches and could be buffed/coated...these do not detract from the eye-popping burl. Some oxidation and color/ finish variation on the brass rim and legs. Some scratches on metal legs.

DIMENSIONS:

Tableis 60.5\" diameter x 29.5\" tall. I would estimate the weighs at approx 300 tax of 5% applied to CA residents.Tax waived if buyer submits a copy of a valid CA reseller’s license number.
