Antique kerosene road flare. These were made by the Toledo Pressed Steel Company from 1929 into the 1950s. I am not sure exactly when this one was produced. They were used as roadside flares for construction. Measures about 8\" tall and 7.5\" in diameter at the widest point. Condition is as seen in photos. Scratches, rust, and other wear.
