Width is over 3/8\".Cuff has a spring hinge closure which allows one to wear the cuff with ease. Inner circumference of band is 6\" however it is slightly adjustable since it is an open cuff with spring hinge mechanism. Mild wear on the enamel. Flawless crystal. Wind up mechanism works!
