Item is a vintage Pendleton suit / outfit. It is a 100% wool plaid shirt and matching jacket with a coordinating shirt, all three are made by Pendleton and are size 6. The shirt has hidden buttons down the front with one decorative button at the top which shows on the front. The jacket is a short, riding style jacket that sits at the hips, just below the waist. The entire outfit is in excellent condition and may never have been worn. I have the original receipt for the jacket which I found in the breast pocket. There are very light shoulder pads in the shirt.

The skirt has one lined pocket and on the other side it has a faux pocket where the skirt buttons. Here are the measurements for all three garments:

Jacket: Shoulder to shoulder - 17\"; Shoulder to Waist (hem) - 20\"; Shoulder to cuff - 22.5\"; Bust - 17\"

Shirt: Shoulder to shoulder - 15\"; Shoulder to cuff - 21.5\"; Shoulder to hem - 22.5\"

Skirt: Waist - 26\"; Waist to hem - 33\"

Since no two clothing manufacturers size their clothes the same and sizes vary greatly over the decades, please do not go by size (either my estimate or the number of the tagif listed). PLEASEgo by measurements. I provide a few measurements to give the general idea of the size. If you want any other specific measurements, please feel free to ask - I can measure any part you like. Since clothes measure differently than your actual body - it is a good idea to measure an article of your own clothing, perhaps a similar design if possible, which you know fits you well. If the measurements are similar, it is likely to fit.

When a fabric has some stretch, I will offer a range in inches. This represents unstretched versus stretched.Bust is measured across the garment from the bottom of one sleeve hole to the other. Shoulder measurement is taken from top of sleeve hole across to the other side. The rest of the measurements should be self-explanatory, but again, feel free to ask any questions at all.Remember totake into account the intended fit of the garment when looking at these numbers. Some are intended to fit snugly and others are baggy.
