I haveup for salea record(One Sided12\" 78)witha plain white label; vinyl material, thus later date. I have acquired a large, very interesting collection of similar items. Someone in the Victor company during the middle or second half of the 1900s pressed a large number of Victor original recordings (some even unpublished); they are not dubs, but first pressings from the Masters; thus as clean as possible. He often wrote the info on thetop right of the white sleeves they are in; and sometimes even made copies oflabels. This one is a pressing of aMatrix C-12407, onaVictor label #35249 (issued; Take 1) Teddy Roosevelt Speechon September 22, 1912; \"Mr. Roosevelt pays his respects to Penrose and Archbold\".The record is in excellent condition,of course, no wear and scuffs and scratches are very few (if any),light andsurface variety. Surfaces stillveryshiny and clean. Thin and flexible vinyl type, thus unbreakable. White sleeve also has corresponding number at top right. (I tried to get a clear picture of trailoff number aswell). Pictures don\'t show muchbecause thelabels are plain white.
