I am selling my sterling silver 12 inch charger made by Virginia Carvel. This charger/plate is 12 inches across and weights 18.7 oz or 532 grams i believe this pattern is from 1911 from my online research. The back is hallmarked Virginia Carvel patent applied for on top of plate and sterling with pattern number 6666 on the bottom. The front also has a monogramed R in the center. Beautiful piece but im letting it go so i can have extra money for Christmas. Scrap weight as of Sunday November 19, 2017 is $299. My reserve is based on this.
