There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition. The screen is in good condition as well with no cracks or chips. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item.

This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. The digital display came on showed a few numbers andthen the display went to all dashes. We are unsure the reason for this. All other parts on the item look to be functional but since we are unable to test the functionality of the item and we believe this item may need to be repaired we are required to sell this item as PARTS or REPAIR.
