Power Issues Troubleshooting

*NOTE* LG & Vizio TVs must be plugged in for 5 minutes before it will turn on*

1. Inspect ALL Ribbons and connectors. Any tears or bad connections between boards must be replaced FIRST

2. If you have any of these boards, it should be the first board to be replaced
A) T-Con Board - Video Problems (No Video with standby light on, audio but no video,      grainy, distorted, or color problems in screen)
B) X or Y Buffer Board (Plasma TVs only) - Standby light is on but no power
C) Backlight Inverter / LED Driver - No Video with standby light on

3. Main Video Board
- Standby light is on but no power
- Either video or audio does not work (if no T-Con in TV. If audio but no video it is T-Con)

4. Power Board - No power AND standby light does NOT turn on. If standby light is on try other boards above

5. Panel - No power, distorted picture, lines, slow motion, half screen, faded in / out. Panel problems are usually not worth replacing the panel.

Warranty

All items are covered under 60 day warranty. If the item is not as  described, we will pay for the shipping both ways for an exchange or  refund. We will only cover shipping back to us from the location we  shipped to (within Contiguous U.S. ONLY).

Customers can also send back items in perfect working order, however,  they will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways and there will be a 15% restocking fee to cover labor, shipping costs, and shipping materials. Shipping
  • Items may be shipped from California or Indiana no matter what the item location listed near the price states.
  • After payment is received & cleared with PayPal, we will ship out your item within 24 hours. Small amount of orders will require 48 hours depending on volume of incoming orders. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday. We will contact customer with any delays or complications.
  • We ONLY ship to the lower 48 states. There is a substantial surcharge for any items going UPS shipped to HI, AK, PR, and other territories. Please contact us for details.
  • Our shipping system is automated. We will ship to the address confirmed on PayPal. Address change will require additional fees charged by UPS.
  • UPS orders cannot be shipped to PO Box. Orders will be placed on hold until physical address is given.
