Here we have a neat grouping of correspondence from Darlington Indian Territory which is now Oklahoma. Recently acquired from a large estate lot of photos and ephemera--these letters and ephemera come from a George and Lizzy Maffet who were doing Missionary work there. A couple of letter are from friends who were sending letters after they had left the area. Also included are some wedding invitations. There is also a three page write up that details Lizzy Maffets time in Indian Territory doing missionary work. I suspect this was written at a much later time, maybe the teens or twenties--it\'s not dated so not quite sure. Interesting grouping!
