VTG 1940s Black Rayon Bias Cut Maxi Dress

I really love this dress. The bias cut rayon fabric has great drape and is very soft.The fabric on the top is chiffon.This dress is in great shape. The straps are not adjustable but they have been shortened. It would be very easy to take out that adjustment. The closures are two snaps and one hook on the left side seam. No designer labels found.
