Vintage 1944 dated, British army brown leather jerkin.
Marked as Jerkin No.2., size No. 2
Supple brown leather outer shell with olive blanket wool lining and four button fastening.
Reinforcements under the arms in the lining and around the button holes.
Marked a vintage size 3. Made by Trollope & Sons (London) Ltd 1944

Beautifully worn in and supple. There\'s a replacement top button. One of the buttons is a little nibbled at the edge. It shows character patination on the outer shell with some scrapes and scuffs here and there. A few nicks on the surface. There\'s a few storage indentations here and there. The lining is in good order. Nice authentic item.
