+24 Vintage Slides w/ Orig. Box! TESTED, SERVICED& WORKS GREAT! have been collecting 3D media for the last 30 years and have finally decided it\'s time to part ways with some of my favorite things.
The Viewer:This is an excellent example of this beautiful swirling plastic (or bakelight?) Sterling Inter-Ocular Stereo Viewer made by Sterling in Chicago, IL in the 1950s. It has barrel focusing lenses with an inter-ocular adjustment on the top of the viewer. The viewer has been completely taken apart, cleaned and put back together. It is working as good now as it did when it was made. The lenses are clean clear and free of any dirt, dust, hazing, scratches, fog or crazing. All electrical contacts have been cleaned and are sound. The focus and inter-ocular adjustments slide in and out as they were made to. It is very sturdy and all functions work perfectly! It takes two \"D\" size batteries which are not included.The plastic (or bakelite) is complete with no broken edges or cracks.
The Original Box:It comes in an original Sterling box which does have some small wear marks as can be seenin my photos, but overall is great for it\'s age.
The Vintage 24 Stereoviews:It comes with twenty-four 1950 - 1960s era amateur taken stereoview slides. All appear to have been from vacation trips and around the home. The 3D views look great, but aren\'t what I collect. All look great in 3D! Please check out my photos and if you have any questions, please email!
