OLD VTG 1958 M51 EARLY VIETNAM WAR SHORT SMALL US ARMY MILITARY FIELD JACKET COAT

This offering is for an original Early Vietnam War M-1951 US Army Field Jacket. The jacket has no patches but has been used as seen in our close-up photo\'s both above and below. There is some scattered soiling and wear including a few small snags and a small hole or two. For some odd reason a previous owner decided to cut the lining on each side about 8\", this is as seen in our photo\'s above and below. The original tags are present and state the following in part, \"MODEL 1951 SHORT SMALL CHEST FROM 33 TO 37 INCHES HEIGHT UP TO 67 INCHES\" a second tag states \"COAT MANS FIELD OLIVE GREEN 107 M-1951\". All of the zippers and snaps are in place and working perfectly as are the original draw strings. The jacket has been used but has tons of life left in it and it looks much better in person than in our photo\'s. The actual current measurement of the jacket are as follows taken with the garment laying flat:

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 18\"

Collar to bottom of coat 28\"

Chest pit to pit 20\" or a dia of 40\"

Waist side to side 20\" or a dia of 40\"

Sleeve length shoulder seam to bottom of cuff 22\"
