This is for a vintage 1964 Walt Disney\'s Mary Poppins Photographic Highlights \"book\" issued by Charles Levy, Director of Advertising & Publicity at the Buena Vista Distribution Co, Inc which was located in New York. This contains the full set of 32 black and white press photos that were issued upon the film\'s initial release. The back of each is stamped \"MCMLXIV Walt Disney Productions World Rights Reserved.\" This was originally issued to press and publicists to promote the film which starred Dick Van Dyke and Julie Andrews. Very hard item to find!
Top 1 1/2\" of the book and photos has upward curling (this would *probably* flatten over time, if you wanted to flatten it). Most photos are loose from their backing pages, so easy to remove (at least one is still partly attached, but these were designed to be removed). Backs of photos have discoloration in areas from the adhesive. Covers show small edge tears and there is a little tearing near the metal binding piece on the top towards the left. Some rubbing/scuffing/dirt to covers. Front cover has a small rectangular sticker in the upper right quadrant. Back cover has a little discoloration near the top edge. Only a portion of the press photos are shown in this listing, but this IS complete with all 32 photos! True original press photos from this initial release can bring $20 and up each individually.
