Pretty Giggles doll, manufactured by Ideal.
She is marked on the back of her head, 1966 Ideal Toy Company GG-16-H-116.
Her dress is a Sweet Cookie by Hasbro, and she is missing her shoes.
She does not giggle anymore, although you can faintly hear it want to laugh when you set her down.....her eyes and head move. Check out her shoulder :( She is in need of repair.
