Because my husband and I help to liquidate local estates and prepare for renovations of very old homes, all items are sold as is. Most of my items are vintage and will naturally show wear from age and use. I make every attempt to take many pictures, and to be as descriptive as possible.

We do not clean many of the older items, including cookie jars. Some will be pristine, some not. We are afraid of damaging finishes especially those with cold paint.

Items we sell range from new to 60+ years old. Some are used, some have never been used. Please understand, I try to be as accurate as possible with my descriptions...but like most humans, I make errors. If there is a problem, please contact me before you panic! Problems can be solved!

Our inventory of new and vintage items is always changing! I will always send pictures I am capable of taking and answer all questions. Life should be enjoyed; and so should these beautiful old items! These items come from a smoke free home.

Payment within 10 days of sale close. At 8 days, you will receive a reminder invoice that may come as an unpaid item reminder.
I will adjust postage for multiple purchases before item is paid for. Please do not pay until you receive an invoice with adjusted shipping. Once item is paid, sale is final.

Rates are calculated (by USPS for ) based upon the distance between your zip code and ours. The farther away you are from us, the more USPS charges you.

USPS also charges in one pound increments. For example an item that weighs 1 pound, 1 ounce, wrapped, will cost the 2 pound price.

We will combine shipping on many but not all items. Email me if you have questions. Please be aware when you purchase an item, you must also consider the cost of shipping into your final cost. For most items, you may enter your zip code and get a shipping total.
If you purchase multiple items, we will adjust and reduce shipping fees as much as possible. If we have overestimated wrapped weight, we will issue a refund to you through paypal.
Some items must travel alone to prevent breakage.
