This vintage set is so versatile because of the neutral colors. Use them for Christmas and any other holiday. How about a wedding or Christening? Just add an accent color of your choice in flowers or a tablecloth. The matching pair of white porcelain candle holders are 1958 Holt Howard Japan. One has a partial label on the bottom. The date stamp is missing but has been verified. They have a 3 1/2\" diameter and are domed. The scalloped edge has all of its 24K gold trim intact as do the spaghetti/poodle trim rosettes on the surface, they are raised high for dimension. There is crazing but it is still spread wide apart and stable. The 12\" tall taper candles are poured mold clear lucite with gold flake confetti imbedded inside. They have gold cord wicks not designed for burning, they are for decorative purposes only. This pair has not yellowed or clouded. The bottoms have double-stick tape from the previous owner, you can remove it. It was used to stabilize them in their holders but they have wax for that now. One has its original price label on the bottom. Great companion pieces for your spaghetti angels and animal figurines.
