This lovely caroler is inspired by Colonial Williamsburg at Christmas time - the \"Grand Illumination\" when carolers roam the town\'s streets that are aglow in candlelight.
He is handsomely dressed in rich layered tailored clothing with lots of detailed - all topped with a rich blue long coat which flows around him.
Of course, as an saleeer, he is prepared with his scroll and bell in hand.
