· 1930s Black Velvet SilkDress With Bell Sleeve & Rhinestone Buckle Belt.

·Made of velvet silk, the dress is lined with Silk.

·IthasPin-tucking at front neckline.Special cut under the bustline with high waist.

The sleeve has pin-tucking on shoulder then flow as Bell Sleeve, support with some net underneath, some piping near sleeve hem.

Comes with Same fabric belt, the rhinestone buckle has marked \"R\", & \"V.O.C.\" ALL rhinestones completed on the buckle.

Floor length skirt. The dress is slip on, no closure.
