Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fantastic abstract architectural watercolor painting that dates back to the \'50s. The colors are crisp and vivid. While we cannot make out the signature, the piece is signed by the artist and is dated \'56 (see photos).
Measurements: Including the wooden frame, approx. 22.75\" tall x 27.75\" wide. The artwork itself measures approx. 19.5\" wide x 14\" tall.
Condition: Great vintage condition - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. to the artwork. The frame shows general signs of minor wear that are commensurate with age and handling over the years - still presents itself very well. The painting is a little loose in the frame - it needs some reinforcement from the back to keep it pushed forward and in place. We didn\'t attempt to adjust it in any way as the brown paper lining on the reverse side is intact for the most part. There is wire hanging mechanism on the back side for hanging. It\'s ready for display in a new home.
