The artwork is numbered (39/66), and signed by the artist as well. Her name looks to be Toni Carner, but we\'re not 100% certain (see photos). Measurements: Including the thin frame, it measures approx. 16.5\" wide x 20.5\" tall. Excluding the matting, the painting measures approx. 11\" wide x 15\" tall. Condition: The matting shows some signs of water damage, and does the brown paper backing on the reverse side of the frame (see photos).
