Item: Foryour consideration we are presenting forsale a vintage spray sculpture. We believe it dates back to the 1960s. The sculpture is solid and heavy - it weighs approx. 8.8 pounds. While we are uncertain of the maker, it is in similar style to those of Harry Bertoia and Dave Grossman. While there are no signatures detected, there is a small area of wear on the underside of the square base where a signature or manufacturer\'s mark may have been present (see photo).
Measurements: Stands approx. 26.5\" tall. The square metal base measures 5\" x 5\" x 1\" thick. The distance of the spray is approx. 30\" wide.
Condition: Very good, all-original vintage condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, bends, repairs, etc. Exhibits very mild wear to the base (see photos) - nothing objectionable whatsoever, but being mentioned for accuracy. The spray bristles show some minor signs of color loss, but nothing overly distracting or that takes away from the display or appearance of the piece. It\'s truly an amazing sculpture, and is ready for a new home!
