TallyHo \'Being the Roll Call of the Horseless Carriages\'. Written dedication on the front dated 1955. Published by the Automobile Club of Michigan this is a comprehensive alphabetical listing of all known automobile companies and their beginning date of manufacturing. It took the author over 25 years of gathering the information on these pages. A wealth of knowledge! Did you know Homer Laughlin actually manufactured a car in 1916? I guess dinnerware was better for them. The introduction says there are over 2,900 listed. Amazing. Excellent condition, yellowed and there is the ink writing \"To...so and so 1955\" I can\'t read the name.
Background: I have just opened a box of my father\'sautomobile memorabilia that is loaded with papers, photos, brochures etc. He was an engineer at Buick and then a mfrs. rep in the Detroit area in the 40\'s through the 70\'s.He loved the car industry!
