Many of the items that I sell are antiques/vintage items. Please keep in mind that antiques, vintage, previously owned items may show signs of visible wear, discoloration, dents, scratches, flaws, embedded dust or patina, that is considered normal and part of its appeal and charm.
I try to describe the items to the best of myability, but I am human and sometimes miss something. Please make sure that you look at all of the photos, they are considered part of the description. I take pride in my business and want to make all of my buyers happy.
I insure all items, so if there is a case where there is damage to the item when received, please email me with your email address so that I can send you an insurance claim form to fill out. I will need photos of any damaged items. You will be refunded your money when I receive the completed insurance form back.
I sell items on consignment, therefore I cannot promise that these items are from a smokefree or petfree Environment.
Sometimes my sellers useReserve Price listings, if you are interested in knowing what the reserve price is, just ask, I will gladly give you that information.

Most of the items that I sell are antique/vintage items and need to be packaged very carefully. Extra bubble wrap or double boxes to insure that there isn\'t any damage is necessary at times. Although we do our best to keep shipping costs down, sometimes the added weight or size of the package can increase shipping expenses.
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and holidays).
If you purchase more than one item within 2 days of each other and would like those items sent together, please request a combined shipping invoice for those items. Do not pay for any of the items until you are finished with your purchases. I will then weigh those items together and send you a new invoice for the actual shipping costs. At this time, I do not offer a discount on shipping charges, however there will be savings as compared to shipping each item separately.
Please note, that once shipped, Chippewa Valley Consignment Shop has no control over the actual shipping time. You will receive an email stating when your item was shipped and it will provide tracking information for you.
I accept returns within 14 days. I would appreciate it that you would contact me thru messages that you are returning an item.
Please make sure that the item arrives to me in the same condition that it was sent to you. All items need to be insured.
