Just magnificent work in this piece. There is filet lace edging on the two long ends, and plain cloth on the two shorter widths indicating to me this is a bedcover, however it makes a stunning curtain as well. It is extremely fine and sheer lightweight linen. I will let the pictures do most of the talking, excellent, excellent hand work in this piece as you can see. Mixed handmade Italian laces to include Filet, Point De Venise with cherub angels and lions and the most fabulous white work embroidery.

The condition is excellent, I see one tiny break in the point de venise, a pin head size repair in the linen, a light water mark and a few miniscule tan dots, this is untreated Pieces like this are extremely hard to come by these days.
