Rare c. 1920s vintage/antique lithographed paper hand fan with wonderfulearly Art deco night-time Halloween masquerade/costume partyscene. Roly-poly man playing banjo. Woman dressed in masquerade ballcostume. Crescent moon with face inbackground. Red and white geometric patternedpaper on back. Wood dowel handle. Lithographed registration mark: “Germany” and“DRMG”. Paper fan measures 8” high x6-3/4”, with 3-5/8” handle. Wonderfulold early Halloween collectible.

Nice antique condition. Fragilepaper with mellowed ink colors; paper is clean and generally intact with one 2-1/8”scotch tape repair by woman’s foot.Some separation of front and back paper at topand atapprox. bottom fourth of fan. Small tear onback near top and a few tiny tears along edge. Paper is wellattached to wood frame. View photos.
