**DESCRIPTION: Offered here isa wonderful and very unusual vintage circa 1940\'s BIG (2-1/2 inches and nearly 36 grams) sterling silver figural hat-shaped brooch! Beautifully made and designed the dimensional hat has a rippled brim, and an applied flower with glass rhinestone central accents and stamen tips in shades of peridot green, citrine yellow, and teal blue. Heavy and substantial, the piece is hallmarked "Sterling" on the back. The brooch appears to originally have had a gold wash which is now gone other than around the clasp hardware on the back.
**MEASUREMENTS: About 2-1/2 inches in diameter.
**WEIGHT: Grams - 35.8 total
**CONDITION:Excellent Vintage Condition with the exception of age-expected very light surface wear!
