Good shape. Works, plays carols, climbs the ladder although sometimes his hand doesn\'t hit the peg to reverse his steps and he stops at the top. A couple of the bulbs are burned out but they still have their plastic covers. No holes or rips. Box is not great shape but stores the items fine.
