STUNNING Vintage ‘Champion Turf’ vintage sterling silver overlay Western show saddle with matching tooled back girth.
The vintage \'Champion Turf\' show saddle is a dark brown oil leather with \"full-tool\" (all-over carved/stamped) tooled design in the beautiful \'California Poppy\' pattern. Saddle features 3D double engraved silver back panels, conchos and silver lacing. Includes matching fully-tooled leather back girth. Medium brown rough-out suede seat. Sheepskin/fleece lined. Model No.: 805Tree Width: *Refer to gullet measurement below.Made in Los Angeles, California.This vintage saddle is in near MINT condition, absolutely pristine in every way. Leather is exceptionally soft and supple! With NO stiffness, cracking or other age-related issues that often affect vintage tack. The condition is commensurate with very infrequentuse. The rough-out suede seat has only light superficial surface wear and there are some small scuffs inside stirrups (neither area is visible when riding). The fleece lining on saddle is in excellent shape. Saddle has always been stored indoors, in a bag, in smoke-free home and has been well maintained. It has been professionally cleaned top to bottom.
