CARRIERS do have a time limit after thepackage has been delivered to accept a claim, so you must provide us with theinformation listed below within ten (10) days of receiving your package.Failing to do so will likely result in our inability to recover money for yourdamaged item.

1.PHOTOGRAPH the damage, the box and ALL packing material.

2. KEEPall boxes and packing material until the claim is settled. CARRIERS pay claimsonly if items are properly packaged, and the box and packing material areevidence of this.

3. OBTAINa written repair estimate or a qualified statement that the item cannot be repaired.

4. EMAILthis information to 4COOLSTUFF2BUY with your phone number within ten (10) daysof receiving the damaged item, in case CARRIER needs to schedule an inspection.

4COOLSTUFF2BUYmay be unable to file a claim on the BUYER\'S behalf if these steps are notfollowed, and the BUYER may thus lose their ability to recover costs. Pleaseremember also that shipping charges are not refundable.

Bulbs arenot included with lamps, etc., as we cannot guarantee filaments will not break.Unless otherwise stated in a listing, lamp shades will be shipped separately,but for an additional fee to be calculated separately.

PAYMENT: All payments must bereceived through PayPal within three (3) days of purchase. If you have aproblem and/or are in need of additional time, please contact us before offerdingor as soon as possible thereafter.

RETURNS: Please DO NOT send itemsback without first contacting us. If Returns are specifically allowed in anindividual listing, we will accept Returns, but only after we have approved theReturn. We try to describe our items as accurately as possible, but we may alsoaccept Returns if we agree that an item is not authentic or we made asubstantial error in the listing. Large orfragile items often need more packaging material, and we try to ensure itemsare packaged securely. SHIPPING OPTIONS:

BUYER’SCARRIER: Packaging and/or shipping by a CARRIER that the BUYER has selected isan option. In such cases, the BUYER will be responsible for making allarrangements and coordinating with 4COOLSTUFF2BUY. Any claims for loss ordamage must be handled between the BUYER and their CARRIER.

COMBINEDSHIPPING: We will combine shipments to save money for our BUYERS if possible.However, multiple items may be shipped separately if we feel it is safer. If aBUYER insists that multiple items be combined when we feel this is unsafe orinappropriate, the BUYER must advise 4COOLSTUFF2BUY in writing, as any damageclaim must then be handled between the BUYER and the CARRIER.
