You are offerding on a vintage Epoch Tomy Sylvanian Families Calico Critters Deluxe Family House or Cabin. It is approximately 19\" long and 11\" across and 14\" high. I found this at an estate sale and I am selling it as I found it. I do not know if this is complete or not. I do not know if everything is original. There are scrapes and scuffs from play. The mirror and the picture no longer have the sticky tape on the back which enables you to hang them on the wall but that is an easy fix. All the windows seem to be okay except the bottom window on the top roof. I do not know if it is missing something or not. The green table looks like someone made a new bottom for it at one time or another. The rabbit is missing his flocking on his body. Still cute though. If you are looking for these great items for your Sylvanian family collector, this is a great find.
