This sale is for a vintage glass pitcher with silverplated top, made in West Germany. The glass is thick and heavy and has a thumbprint pattern. The pitcher measures 9 inches tall, weighs almost 3.5 pounds, and holds about a quart of liquid. It is stamped in the back hinge, \"Made in West Germany\". The pitcher has no chips or cracks to the glass and it\'s a clean piece. However, there are spots where the silverplating has worn, and you can see the gold undercoating. These areas are on both the top and handle.
