Very solid and sturdy and Displays well \"Beautiful\" worn distressed paint & aged dried wood. Horse is smaller than normal size Carousel Horse, make great focal point. Horse purchased at estate sale from very large beautiful mansion home overlooking Ohio river in Kentucky, Displayed over fireplace on the mantle. Horse measures approx. 28 1/2\" tall x 35\" long x 11\" wide and weighs approx. 32 pounds unpacked. Owner said horse was purchased from Europe but we recently got a email by another er with some helpful information. Horse appears to be from China. Tang Dynasty style!. This is a much smaller size horse compared to normal sized carousel horse. There\'s no pole hole as well. Perfect size for focal point and displays on solid wood platform.
