Lot of 4 vintage handmade ladies aprons. Three are half aprons, and one has a bib that is pinned onto one\'s dress. These aprons are all true vintage, and probably from the 1940\'s to the 1950\'s.
The first is organdy and blue and white polka dots, trimmed in white rickrack. It has slash pockets on each side. Waistband is about 17 1/2 inches, ties are 19 3/4 inches, length is 18 1/2 inches.
The second is a purple and lavender berry print with organdy. It has slash pockets on each side, edged in white rickrack. Waistband is about 16 1/2 inches, ties are 24 1/2 inches, length is 18 1/2 inches.
The third is feed sack material with pink and green stripes on white, and pink and green triangles, with narrow white rickrack around the sides and bottom. It has one heart shaped pocket on the right side. Waistband is about 23 1/2 inches, ties are 24 inches, length is 26 1/2 inches.
The fourth is feed sack material with red swirls, purple flowers, and blue stems, trimmed in purple binding. The hem has points around it. Waistband is about 20 inches, ties are 23 1/2 inches, length is 27 1/2 inches from waist. Bib is 7 1/2 inches above waistband.
These aprons are all true vintage, and probably from the 1940\'s to the 1950\'s.
They are in good vintage condition. First two may have hardly been used; last two may have slight fading and slight stitching missing.
