D I S C R I P T I O N:
A beautifully bohemian vintage birdcage, made of delicate bamboo and hand carved rosewood. This is of Chinese origin, and is in great vintage condition. There is some natural wear in the wood, but it\'s there by nature, not by lack of care. This cage is best suited for decorative purposes, but could potentially house a small bird if you add a feeder, water, and perch. It looks fantastic on a mantel, bookshelf, or hanging from the ceiling, or out under your porch/patio area. It could make a great plant holder as well. The carvings on the feet are a floral design with what look like bat in the centers based on the wings. Bottom comes off for cleaning; door slides up & down, as seen in photos.
