You are offerding on a vintage Panart Italian wooden ship model of the Royal Caroline, an English Royal Yacht . This ship measures 830 mm which is roughly 32 1/2\" long. It includes everything provided in the photos which includes a lot of wood to construct the hull (plus masts, etc..), sealed boxes of metal fittings, seven sets of schematics, and an instruction book. This is a high end model that has remained in untouched condition for a number of years. A really terrific model and a great opportunity to buy a classic.
This is part of a very large lot of wooden ship models I\'ve been listing including Blue Jacket, AJ Fisher, Boucher, Marine Model, European models, etc... I bought the lot from an attic where the owner apparently just bought and put them away so most have been untouched. That stated, PLEASE ask questions if you don\'t see something. I\'m selling these models as shown with the parts in the photos. If there is missing a piece, I really won\'t know that. That stated, I\'ll try to be as forthright as possible. PLEASE follow my sales for many other ship models in the near future, Lastly, please know that I am unable to combine shipping on these large models since the size would trigger a balloon fee and it would be less expensive to ship in a single box.I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensure quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I\'m happy to accommodate local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven.
I\'ve been selling on since 1998but this is not a full time job.
