Iam not familiar with this tin but in researching it I found the followinginformation on another sale site:

Tobacco Co. is red, and thebottom is plain, not embossed. We also have the reproduction.

Thistin measures 5 inches by 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. The highlights on the tin are gold, thebanner background is a lighter yellow, the Plain Tree logo is shaded, TobaccoCo. is gold, and it is embossed on the bottom.Thus I believe it is an original and not a reproduction. It is in excellent condition with no dentsand with 99%+ of its original paint.There is what appears to be a little light surface rust on the insidebottom but it may also be Tobacco stains; not sure but I lean towards rust.
