This Large Vintage Figurine with Matching Music Box Wood Base was made in Taiwan, by Albert E Price Products - an USA Company, located in New Jersey. It features an Old Sea Captain is on Duty - with Pipe & Map on his hands and an Anchor between his two legs. This figurine really has refined detailed design - the Captain\'s face, the detailed clothes, the hands, even I can see an Anchor on his hat --------, everything is so vivid and in great detail, I believe it was hand painted. On the back side of the Matching Wood Base, there is a music Pull String, and a Music Switch is on the back of the Wood Base. The music plays perfectly, I am very familiar with the tune, but just can\'t recall its name. The Figurine size is 15-3/4\"(tall including base) x 14\"(tall without Base) x 6-3/4\"(base) x 4-3/4\"(base), and is quite heavy - weight almost 4 Ib without any wrap. I believe it was made around 1950\'s. By very close inspection, the only age sign I found is some very minor surface wear on the matching wood base, the Captain Figurine is in Perfect Condition, please take a look at the pictures. It will make a great gift for collectors, as well as nautical lovers.
