For your consideration is an antique/vintage W. S. Blackinton silverplate serving dish. This dish is the Chippendale pattern. It is very ornate and is a rectangular entree server with the lid. Overall size is 12\" x 8 7/8\" x 2 1/4\". The base is divided into 2 sections each being 6 5/8\" x 4 1/2\". This is a very beautiful piece worthy of the Chippendale pattern name. It is very well made, a quality piece and heavy. What an elegant way to serve those entree\'s. No glass inserts.
