Vintage sterling silver repousse desk trinket box Jerusalem Israel Nir-Chen

This is beautiful box decorated with repoussé medallions, engraving and filigree work. The box is 4 ¾” x 3 1/8” and 1 3/8” high with the legs. It weighs 182 g. It is marked ‘Str. silver Nir-Chen Israel’. No damage, has nice patina. See pictures.
