Amazing Vintage Skirt by VIVIENNE TAM
Purchased in NYC in the 90\'s
This is typical of Vivienne\'s whimsical designs of this era.
It is black mesh (fully lined) and is covered in long embroidered polka dots. They look like those flowers in Dr. Seuss.
The skirt has an elastic waistband
It is size 4 (which was Tam\'s equivalent of XL) in the 90\'s
