Up for sale is a WWII steel carrying case for Spotlight Set AN/PVQ-1. This sale is for the steel carrying case only. No spotlight or spotlight parts are included.
The case is in decent shape for its age.Apparently, the case had been used to hold some woodworking tools, perhaps some type of power saw, as there is saw dust and dirt inside.
The case is slightly dirty and dusty inside and out. There are some scratches, chips, and spots of light rust as seen in the pictures.
LId open and closes with ease. Latch works. No dings. The handle is leather, and may have been repainted. The case measures 11 by 9.75 by 9 inches and weighs around 5.5 pounds.Several more pictures directly below. Please review all pictures carefully as they constitute a part of the description.
