1940s Waterman Pen, Unique \"Book-Keeper\" version with interesting details
very presentable & VERY functional (Restored filling mechanism) - Great bright pen, the color is Vivid BLACK w/ Gold filled trim, , the pen has some minor handling, patina / wear, But VERY CLEAN no engraving, no cracks, I see no brassing to the trim, Very bright & presentable pen, perfect cap lip, the trim rings turn, but do not come off the cap, Very Sturdy & nicely styled pocket clip - The lever box looks new & is excellent & stress free. The filling mechanism works perfectly - The cap is a threaded cap and it fits on well and posts perfectly - very clear imprint, no personal names

off white cap top as shown, I think that is a \"Book-keeper\" thing..
it is marked \"BOOK-KEEPER\" on the barrel hear the threads.

the pen also still has the factory markings \"B.K. 30/4\" (chalk marks) that were meant to be temporary

6 & 1/4\" posted and 5 & 1/8\" capped. Full size Pen, a Very good size for writing, Easily fits in a pocket~ a very nice collectible and a very good writing tool, the pen has a brand new quality ink sac just installed - Pen is ready to ink up & write :-)

Very nice \"WATERMAN ACCOUNT 14CT W-2A \"nib, (14K Gold) , clean & straight factory nib, (please see the close up photos of the nib) a Very fine point, good iridium tipping, Smooth on Rhodia with a light hand, more toothy on cheap paper, NOT a flex nib, a rigid fine point writer

I probably should have used black ink to test the pen, the blue shows up light in the photos, the writing sample will be included with the pen
