The rare vintage Lilly Dache hat measures about 21.5\" around the inside, I consider that a small head. About 5 \" tall, unless you telescope the accordion pleats, and then you get up to 9\"! Label is \" Lilly Dache Paris New York\" It is a top quality hat. Excellent condition.
