We don\'t have original clock, and the brass clock that you see in the picture is not original, just a place holder. It yours if you want it, working and is battery-operated. Clock attached to the frame with a wire seeing in the last picture.Frame condition:
Walnut, brass and the cubes are in perfect condition for the 60 year old piece. Black carton backing panel with original maker label and instructions has 2 punctuations/holes on the main body, seeing in the pics 2 and 3 from the end, not very visible and easy fix. Even simpler is to replace entire black carton unless you are purist and care about originality of it. Black carton panel also has multiple small holes from staples all over the border where it was attached to the wood. In As Is state the panel is attached but very few staples and might benefit from securing it further.The frame is original from the 50s, not the remake that was launched last year by Peter Pepper in wake of company\' 60 years anniversary celebration. Original frame is 56\' long, remake is shorter.If you are good with your hands, you can replicate original wooden clock face (elongated white, see company website for the pics) and use any clock mechanism with it.LOCAL PICKUP preferred.
