This is a full-sized original British MilitaryMedal (GVR) and is correctly named (impressed) to: YPRES 79192 CPL. C.A. KEMPS 159/HY. BY. R.G.A. 27.10.17.: The medal isin excellent condition with a very nice patina and has a replacementribbon. Corporal Kemps servedwith the Royal Garrison Artillery. He was awarded his Military Medal for bravery on 27 October 1917 at Ypres France (Edinburgh Gazette February 6th 1918). The medal is very good condition, full size and court mounted for display.
