Ca.1820\'s Teapot

This listing is for a beautifulantique Wedgwood black basalt pottery teapot. This piece dates fromthe early 19th. century (ca. 1820). Although it displays beatifullythere are a few condition issues. There is a small chip on the body ofthe teapot and running from it are a few very fine hairline cracks (seeclose-up pictures). They are hardly visible and you have to look verycarefully to see them but they are there. Also I think the end of thespout may have had restoration but again this is hardly noticeable.Apart from that this teapot is fine with no other damage or repair.This piece measures approx. 7-1/8\" long(18 cm, handle to spout) and 4-3/8\" high (11 cm, to top of handle).
