German post-war copy of the M38 Para helmet, made by Schuberth, proposed for the BGS Special Ops. troops in the early 1970\'s - NO damage at all. The steel shell is lighter in weight than the WW2 version, and has a crimped edging. Factory painted in Smooth Gray inside and out. The leather liner is also a copy of the WW2 M38 liner, it is a size 57. The chin harness is also a copy of the WW2 type, done in Gray leather. SOLD AS A MILITARY COLLECTIBLE ONLY.
