White Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine with case,accessories, manual, and buttonholer. Fully serviced. This machine is in exceptional, nearly brand new condition. It was manufactured in Great Britain in 1964. Itis runs quiet and fast and sews perfect stitches. There is a tiny pinhead size nick on the bed extension and some engraved numbers on the back of the bed next to the motor. Please see photos for details.

The machine has been thoroughly cleaned and oiled withTri-flow oil. The paint shines like new. The paint is white as seen in the photos. Some white Featherweights are actually a light green color. I don\'t see even a hint of green on this one. The motor has been serviced. Wecleaned the commutator and installed brand new motor brushes (although the oldbrushes didn’t show much wear.) The old motor lubricant was removed and new lubricantinstalled. Motor lubricant was purchased from singer-featherweight.com. (It isvery important to use lubricant with the correct melting point and never to useoil to lubricate the motor.)

The tension assembly has been disassembled and polished. Thehook was also removed and cleaned. Threads often get trapped in this area andprevent the machine from sewing smoothly. Dust has carefully been removed fromevery crevice of this machine. The foot pedal and cord are in like-newcondition. The inside of the machine also looks clean and new. has a limit of 12 photos so I didn\'t post photos of the inside. If you would like to see more photos, just let me know.

The case is in very good condition and comes with a key. Themetal parts are shiny. The case has some minor stains. There is a worn spotinside the top as shown in photos.

This machine has a .58 amp motor. It is slightly more powerful than the .4 amp motor that is included with black Featherweight machines. From a smoke-free home.

This machine will be packed with the utmost of care. It willbe double-boxed with thick Styrofoam to ensure that it arrives undamaged. (Seemy response.) Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
